Welcome to Packaging Calgary. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

Definitions

  • “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Packaging Calgary.
  • “You,” or “your” refers to the user or viewer of our website.
  • “Services” refers to the custom packaging and printing services provided by Packaging Calgary.
  1. Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using our services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Canadian law.
  2. Use of Services: You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, provincial and federal laws in Canada. You must not use our services in any way that causes or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.
  3. Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images and software, on the Packaging Calgary website is the property of Packaging Calgary and is protected by Canadian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the content without express written permission from us.
  4. Custom Orders and Pricing: All custom packaging orders are subject to the specific terms agreed upon at the time of the order. Pricing is determined based on the specifications of your order, including but not limited to size, material and printing options. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice to reflect changes in material costs or other economic factors.
  5. Payment Terms: All payments for services are due as per the payment schedule provided in the order confirmation. We accept various payment methods including major credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may result in delays in processing your order and could incur additional fees.
  6. Delivery and Shipping: We strive to meet delivery timelines as agreed upon during the order process. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to transportation strikes, natural disasters or customs delays. Shipping costs will be added to your order and are calculated based on the delivery location.
  7. Cancellations and Returns: Cancellations of custom orders must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. Due to the bespoke nature of custom packaging, returns are not accepted unless the products are defective or do not meet the agreed specifications. Any issues with orders must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
  8. Limitation of Liability: Packaging Calgary is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

  10. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
  11. Changes to Terms & Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
